(this is a poem done in the form of a shakespearian sonnet. a project i had to do for class. i hope you enjoy)
A: Winter has hit, and all is white once more. B: i cannot wait for summer to strike and bring along the heat. A: i've never been a fan of cold, but heat i do adore. B: warmth encasing my body, my hands, my legs, my feet.
C: oh how i do wait for this dreadful weather to leave D: it has already caused much more trouble than not. C: people's cars slide upon the road as if on pairs of ski's D: this awful cold is to blame for the chill i have caught.
E: but i must admit this weather is good for one thing indeed F: to find the one you're close to and cuddle under covers. E: people throw more logs into the fire that they feed F: and watch the falling snow with their most cherished other.
G: children throw snow in the street, and others do defend. G: a pleasant picture to leave with you as a bring this to an end.
